Returns and Exchange

                           Return & Exchange Policy

At Lydia Kids, ensuring a joyful and smooth shopping experience is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below. Please note that our items are produced in limited quantities, so returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions and within the time frames mentioned. Kindly remember that discounted items, items without tags, and items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return:
  1. Please email your return request to our Returns Department at [email protected] within 10 calendar days of package delivery.

  2. List the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with the reason.

  3. Once approved, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return shipping instructions for eligible items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except in the following cases:

  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

  • All hair accessories, jewelry, handbags, socks, and tights are final sale.

  • Non-Lydia Kids branded items, accessories (headbands, clips, etc.), blankets, and toys are final sale and are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Once a Lydia Kids representative issues return authorization, the package must be returned to our facility within 10 calendar days (or 20 days for international returns) from the authorization date. The authorization date is considered Day 1 of the return window. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Visibly worn, washed, altered, or damaged products will not be processed and will either be returned to you (with applicable return shipping fees) or donated to charity if reshipping fees are not paid by the customer. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.). Security tags must remain attached to the product (if applicable).

If an item is damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Damaged items may be exchanged for the same item if available. We do not offer product warranties for items damaged after wear or improper cleaning.

Lydia Kids is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return process. All shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the buyer’s responsibility, and Lydia Kids accepts no liability for lost items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending returns or exchanges.


Pre-Order Items

Some items are marked as “Pre-Order.” This means that the item will be custom-made for you by our tailoring team upon request. Delivery may take 5–10 days longer. Please note: custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is an issue caused by Lydia Kids.

While we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases, excessive returns may result in future orders being declined.

UNITED STATES:

All shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the buyer. After submitting your return request via email, one of our customer service agents will issue a return label. For refunds, a $15 shipping fee will be deducted once the returned item is received.


INTERNATIONAL:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for lost return items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns. Items should be shipped to the return address listed below.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

We do not issue refunds after the initial 10 day window following delivery. If the buyer still wishes to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, our Customer Service Department will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s), and whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, double-check your bank account.

  • Then, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]


    Free Shipping (United States)

    We offer free shipping on orders over $200. While we aim to provide you with the highest quality products, if a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable and the package is returned to our facility, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any associated return handling fees from your refund. Lydia Kids is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is correct before placing your order. If an error is made on our part, we will cover all reshipping costs at no additional charge.


    🖤 Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Holiday Sales

    All Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday Sale items are non-refundable. We offer store credit only. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


    International shipping

    We are proud to offer international shipping. However, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. If this applies to your location, we will contact you directly.

    Customs & Duties

    We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package(s) may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in your country.
